WAIKATO NZ – THE BIG 4 2026

We are based in Hamilton, Waikato and our club rooms are situated on the mighty Waikato River, New Zealand. We are affiliated with the New Zealand Sport Fishing Council (NZSFC) and the International Game Fish Association (I.G.F.A). The Big 4 targets the iconic species of the region across the last two weeks in April.
KP FISHING CHALLENGE 2026

The 2026 Narooma and South Coast Flathead Challenge is a team-based, catch-and-release fishing competition scheduled for the weekend of March 28–29, 2026. Hosted from Club Narooma, the event is managed via the REEL IT IN App, allowing anglers to compete across multiple locations on the New South Wales South Coast.

The Clarence River in New South Wales is a premier Australian Bass Tournament (ABT) arena, often hosting the Rapala BASS Pro Series and the BASS Australian Open. It is considered one of ABT’s favourite locations due to its “mighty” size and diverse fishing environments. This is an Individual event with the winner determine by the best 5 Bass by Length/Weight Curve.
NICHOLSON ANGLING CLUB RD 2 2026

Welcome to round 2 for 2026 of the Nicholson Angling Club Annual Series. Round 2 takes place on the Nicholson River near Lakes Entrance Victoria. This round focuses on best 5 black bream combined length.
2026 GOODLINE LADIES FISHING CLASSIC

NRSFC Ladies Fishing Classic is a female only team fishing competition run by Nhulunbuy Regional. This is the largest women’s event in Australia with both Individual and Team awards available. This event is a points based event with best two fish per species per day.
2026 GAMEX

GAMEX is Western Australia’s greatest and most prestigious fishing event. Now in its 58th year, GAMEX has been responsible for more state, national and world records than any other Australian fishing tournament.GAMEX showcases Exmouth’s world class sport and game fishing options, with over 50 point scoring sport and game fish available, including all six Australian billfish species, and more than 27 individual prize sections. All fishing grounds are within very close proximity of boat ramps and marina facilities, meaning large and small boats can fish side by side with an equal chance of winning. GAMEX features 6 days of tournament fishing, as well as a whole range of activities and micro-events including fishing clinics, social nights, family activities, special guest appearances, filleting demonstrations, scientific studies, live entertainment and much more.
JUSTIN SCOTT FISHING CLASSIC 2026

The Justin Scott fishing Classic was established in 2020 to honour the memory of Justin Scott, who tragically passed away in a boating accident. Fished on the Burdekin River, the 2026 event is a Teams event determined by best 5 Barramundi.
